The Ultimate Blend One Hour Advanced Cleansing Formula prepares the body for the cleansing power of the Ultimate Blend. That Blend contains herbs and fiber. Those herbs and fiber respond to the advanced cleansing achieved through use of a product with a specific formula. That formula calls for a mixture that includes B vitamins and creatine (in addition to herbs and fibers).
